Payment Plan
Most photographers and videographers except only payment in full to reserve your date. We thought that just did not make sense! Our payment plan allows our customers to plan out their payments in smaller chunks to be able to absorb the cost. This also gives the customer some confidence in receiving what they contracted for. Your last payment is not collected until the product is ready for delivery. Your can feel confident that you have our attention from start to finish.
Our general plan is 25% down to reserve your date, 50% 60 days prior to your event and the other 25% on delivery. Yes, we accept full payment and we also can make other payment arrangements to meet your needs.
Consultation
Your initial consultation is at your convenience. We can call you, you can call us or schedule an appointment online. We can Skype, FaceTime, Call or meet in person. We also will be happy to chat with you about your package and any arrangements at any time.
Multiple Cameras
We use multiple cameras and lens to make sure we capture your event from different perspectives. There are different lens for different environments and shots. For example we may use a special lens to capture in low light.
Multiple Locations
We will travel to multiple locations for your event within a 25 mile radius of your initial location. If you need us to travel further just give us a call.
Digital Download
We provide a digital download of your photos. This is an excellent option if you want transfer to the hard drive of another device. It also ensures you have a permanent record of your photos.
Liability Insurance
Most venues require that your vendors have liability insurance. This is coverage for your Venue. Should our equipment cause any damage to your venue, we have them covered.
ONLINE LINK FOR SHARING
This is a private gallery of all your images from your event. We will send you a link to your photos. You may share the link with family and friends. Your may order prints from your gallery. We have budget friendly options.
The link is provided for 6 months.
1 Photographer
Your will be supplied one of our talented photographer. Since we are a local family owned business, you will be able to talk and meet with our photographer one on one. The advantage of adding another photographer is that you will have more film taken during the same time frame.
72 Hour Delivery Of Select Photos
We know how eager our clients are to see their photos. So we offer this feature as standard. We will select 20 photos and send them to you via email or text message for sharing.
Print Liscence
We provide a certificate to print your photos at any vendor of your choice. This will allow you to print at Walmart, CVS and Walmart etc.

3 POST EDIT DRAMATIC PHOTOS OF YOUR CHOICE
This is an extreme manual process . You will select the photos you wish to apply this treatment to. This may be cleaning the whites of eyes or teeth, smoothing over blemishes, applying vignette, resizing or cropping the size of the photo or other enhancements to highlight certain portions of the photo. Modifications are at the discretion of the Editor and his/her visual interpretation of the photo.

11×14 Custom Photo Album
The photographer will create a 20 to 25 page custom flush mount album. The album will contain a minimum of 75 photos. The album will be a hard cover with hard substrate Lustre pages.

Photo Shoot
90 min Photo Shoot. This can be an Engagement Shoot, Pre-Wedding Bride Shoot, Rehearsal Dinner Shoot, Batchelor Party, Bachelorette Party, Bridal Shower or any event you choose.
We will provide 25 Post Edit Corrected Photos.

ADDITIONAL HOURS
Of course we can provide additional hours for your event. The cost is $100 per hour per contracted employees if contracted before event. It will be $175 per hour per contracted employee during event and payment for the extra hours is expected at that time.
ADDITIONAL Photographer
Add an additional photographer to your package. This will give you another eye on your event and additional photos from a different perspective that you will receive.

90 min Photo Shoot. This can be an Engagement Shoot, Pre-Wedding Bride Shoot, Rehearsal Dinner Shoot, Batchelor Party, Bachelorette Party, Bridal Shower or any event you choose.
We will provide 25 Post Edit Corrected Photos.
1 MINUTE SAVE THE DATE FILMED DURING PHOTO SHOOT
This is a cinematic film for the length specified.
Think of this film as an announcement or teaser to your upcoming event. It could be your upcoming nuptials, a Batchelor or Bachelorette party, a bridal shower. You are only limited by your imagination.
A Save The Date film is a professionally edited cinematic video synopsis of your shoot. It condenses your special moments in video snapshots. We will edit the film to select the best clips, add transitions and color grade to make it have that movie look. We will apply cinematic principles and techniques. Your film will be choreographed to music with voice overlays.
3 MINUTE LOVE STORY FILMED DURING PHOTO SHOOT
Imagine sharing the story of how you met, what you love about your mate, what makes him or her smile. You will be in a relaxed setting of your choice sharing funny and heartfelt experiences you both have had. This film can be played at your reception or during your cocktail hour.
A Love Story film is a professionally edited cinematic video synopsis of your special day. It condenses your special moments in video snapshots. We will edit the film to select the best clips, add transitions and color grade to make it have that movie look. We will apply cinematic principles and techniques. Your film will be choreographed to music with voice overlays.
