Payment Plan
Most photographers and videographers except only payment in full to reserve your date. We thought that just did not make sense! Our payment plan allows our customers to plan out their payments in smaller chunks to be able to absorb the cost. This also gives the customer some confidence in receiving what they contracted for. Your last payment is not collected until the product is ready for delivery. Your can feel confident that you have our attention from start to finish.
Our general plan is 25% down to reserve your date, 50% 60 days prior to your event and the other 25% on delivery. Yes, we accept full payment and we also can make other payment arrangements to meet your needs.
Consultation
Your initial consultation is at your convenience. We can call you, you can call us or schedule an appointment online. We can Skype, FaceTime, Call or meet in person. We also will be happy to chat with you about your package and any arrangements at any time.
Multiple Cameras
We use multiple cameras and lens to make sure we capture your event from different perspectives. There are different lens for different environments and shots. For example we may use a special lens to capture in low light.
Multiple Locations
We will travel to multiple locations for your event within a 25 mile radius of your initial location. If you need us to travel further just give us a call.
Wireless Lavaliere Audio System
This ensures high-quality true diversity reception. It provides crisp clear sound, which gives outstanding audio to your video when it matters most.
Liability Insurance
Most venues require that your vendors have liability insurance. This is coverage for your Venue. Should our equipment cause any damage to your venue, we have them covered.
High Definition Resolution
Your event will be shot with cameras providing a high quality resolution up to 4k. These cameras provide a sharpness and crispness in detail.
ONLINE LINK FOR SHARING
We provide an online link to view your film and share with family and friends. The link is provided for 6 months.
FLASH DRIVE
We provide a small electronic device containing flash memory that is used for storing data or transferring it to or from a computer, digital camera, etc.

Your will be supplied one of our talented videographers. Since we are a local family owned business, you will be able to talk and meet with our videographer one on one. The advantage of adding another videographer is that you will have more film taken during the same time frame.

Of course we can provide additional hours for your event. The cost is $100 per hour per contracted employees if contracted before event. It will be $175 per hour per contracted employee during event and payment for the extra hours is expected at that time.

Add an additional videographer to your package. This will give you another eye on your event and additional photos from a different perspective that you will receive.

We provide an online link for family and friends to view while the event is streaming. You will receive the link prior to your the event to distribute to your family and friends.
We will present an intro scene with a picture of the happy couple with background music playing prior’s to your event’s beginning. Your guest will see a countdown clock prior to the event start.

Multiple Cameras
We use multiple cameras and lens to make sure we capture your event from different perspectives. There are different lens for different environments and shots. For example we may use a special lens to capture in low light.
Multiple Locations
We will travel to multiple locations for your event within a 25 mile radius of your initial location. If you need us to travel further just give us a call.
Wireless Lavaliere Audio System
This ensures high-quality true diversity reception. It provides crisp clear sound, which gives outstanding audio to your video when it matters most.
4 Hour Coverage
This is the time you are contracting us for. It is consecutive hours. After you contract with us, we will send you a questionnaire requesting all location dates and event times. We will call and discuss with you the best times for us to make sure we capture all your special moments.
1 Videographer
Your will be supplied one of our talented videographers. Since we are a local family owned business, you will be able to talk and meet with our videographer one on one. The advantage of adding another videographer is that you will have more film taken during the same time frame.
RAW UNEDITED SEQUENCED FILM
This film is not edited. It will be raw footage. Sequencing of the film means that we will put the hundreds of clips in chronological order for each camera. We check for exposure and color accuracy and repair where necessary.
On your included flash drive you will receive separate media folders for each camera. Inside of each camera folder there will be 1 video file of the sequenced film. This will save you the hassle from viewing dozens of clips from all cameras. This gives you a streamlined film product.
Example: If 3 cameras are recording at the same time and the cameras are set up to capture 3 different angles, you will have the 3 different shots in 3 different camera files.
Audio will be from each camera mic and matched to the footage. There is no music overlays.
Flash Drive
We provide a small electronic device containing flash memory that is used for storing data or transferring it to or from a computer, digital camera, etc.

ADDITIONAL HOURS
Of course we can provide additional hours for your event. The cost is $100 per hour per contracted employees if contracted before event. It will be $175 per hour per contracted employee during event and payment for the extra hours is expected at that time.
ADDITIONAL VIDEOGRAPHER
Add an additional videographer to your package. This will give you another eye on your event and additional photos from a different perspective that you will receive.
DRONE FOOTAGE
Our drone will be flown overhead to capture the environment and beauty of your venue. These sweeping overhead shots will give your film a visceral effect and will take your breath away. The footage will be added to your Film.

The camera will be running continuous through out your contracted period of time. Your guest will come into the tent to record at different times through out that period.
Note: The film will have gaps when your guest are not using the tent. If you wish to have gaps removed from your film, please see our cinematic version of this package.

Love Tent Cinematic Film With online link $499.00
This is a cinematic film. The camera will be running continuous through out your contracted period of time. Your guest will come into the tent to record at different times through out that period. We will edit the film to remove empty spaces in time and provide clean transitions from guest to guest. The length of film depends on the number of guest entering the tent and the length of messages they provide.
We will provide an online link to share with friends and family. The link will be available for 6 months.
5×5 Open Air Illuminated Tent And Backdrop
You will be supplied a 5 foot by 5 foot open air illuminated tent for your guest. Your guest will enter the tent to record their message to you. The tent will have a soft white backdrop and the background will be illuminated with lights to ensure your guest stand out in the video. Your guest will have a hand mic to capture their expressions.
You will need to ensure that your venue will have space to house the tent. A location within the venue should be planned ahead of the event.
